Healing requires space. Build rhythms that protect it: a weekly Sabbath you actually keep, a counselor or spiritual director, a trusted friend who is allowed to ask the real question.

Leaders without boundaries become leaders without longevity.

Leading Out of Wholeness#

People do not need a leader who pretends. They need a leader who is being healed. That is the kind of leadership that gives others permission to be healed too.
