7-Day Healing Journey Guide
A practical guide including Scriptures, prayers, reflection questions, and journaling exercises.
Seven days of slow, Spirit-led reflection — one tender theme each day. This is not a performance plan; it is an invitation to sit with Jesus long enough to be changed.
How to Use This Guide#
Seven days. One tender theme each day. This is not a performance plan — it is an invitation to sit with Jesus long enough to be changed.
Set aside 20–30 unhurried minutes each day. Read the Scripture slowly. Sit with the reflection. Pray honestly. Journal what surfaces.
Day 1 — Awareness#
Scripture: Psalm 139:23–24.
Ask the Holy Spirit to gently surface any wound, pattern, or pain He wants to address this week. Write what comes — no editing, no shame.
Day 2 — Honesty#
Scripture: Psalm 62:8.
Pour out your heart to God. Name the disappointments, the losses, the lies you have lived with. He can hold all of it.
Day 3 — Forgiveness#
Scripture: Ephesians 4:32.
Who has hurt you? Name them. Release each one in prayer. Ask the Spirit to show you anywhere you need to forgive yourself, too.
Day 4 — Truth#
Scripture: John 8:32.
Identify one lie you have believed. Find one Scripture that contradicts it. Write the truth in your own words.
Day 5 — Surrender#
Scripture: 1 Peter 5:7.
Hand the wound — and your timeline for healing — back to Jesus. He is not in a hurry, and He is not finished.
Day 6 — Restoration#
Scripture: Joel 2:25.
Ask God to show you what He is restoring. Look for evidence of His tenderness in your story. Thank Him for it specifically.
Day 7 — Walking Forward#
Scripture: Galatians 5:1.
What one practice will you carry into the coming weeks? Sabbath? Counsel? Community? Choose one and commit.
