O — Own What Belongs to You
You are not responsible for what happened to you. You are responsible for what happens next. Ownership is where healing becomes power.
There is a difference between a reason and an excuse. A reason explains how you got here. An excuse decides you have to stay.
Owning what belongs to you means releasing the weight that was never yours — someone else's choices, someone else's silence — and picking up the part that is: your responses, your boundaries, your next step.
A Reason Is Not an Excuse#
What happened to you was not your fault. What happens next is your responsibility. Both of those sentences are true, and holding them together is where a lot of us get stuck.
A reason explains how you arrived here. An excuse decides you are allowed to stay.
Put Down What Was Never Yours#
Some of what you have been carrying belongs to someone else: their choices, their silence, their refusal to repair what they broke.
You can grieve it without owning it. Setting it down is not bitterness; it is accuracy.
Pick Up What Is#
Ownership sounds heavy until you realize what it actually gives you: authority over your own life.
Your responses are yours. Your boundaries are yours. Your access, your yes, your habits, your healing work — yours.
This is where healing stops being something that happens to you and becomes something you participate in.
Healing From Control#
Ownership has a counterfeit: control. Control grips everything because it trusts nothing.
The mature version holds its own responsibility with open hands and leaves outcomes with God.
Ask honestly which one you have been practicing.
A prayer to close
God, help me set down what was never mine and pick up what is. Give me the courage to stop explaining and start choosing. I release outcomes to You. Amen.

The Biggest Barrier to Healing — Lies We Believe
The greatest obstacle to healing is often not the wound itself, but the lies we've come to believe because of it. In this episode, Apostle E exposes the hidden agreements we've made with the enemy — about God, about ourselves, about our worth — and shows how the truth of who God says we are dismantles every lie and opens the door to lasting freedom.

How to Choose Healing
Healing is not something that simply happens to us — it is something we must actively choose. In this episode, Apostle E unpacks what it means to make the daily, sometimes hourly, decision to pursue wholeness over numbness, truth over avoidance, and life over the familiar comfort of pain. God has already made healing available; the question is whether we will reach out and take it.
