L — Let Go of What Doesn't Belong in Your Next Season
Not everything that got you here is allowed to come with you. Release is a decision, then a practice.
Some things end and we keep carrying them anyway — a role, a resentment, a version of ourselves that survival required.
Letting go is not pretending it didn't matter. It is deciding it does not get to travel with you into the next season.
Not Everything Gets to Come With You#
There is a version of you that survival built. It was necessary. It is not permanent.
Some of what you are carrying into the new year is a role, a resentment, a relationship dynamic, or a self-protection that simply does not belong in the next season.
Release Is a Decision Before It Is a Feeling#
People wait to feel ready to let go. Release rarely starts there.
You decide first, out loud, in prayer. Then the feelings follow — sometimes weeks later.
Letting go is not pretending it didn't matter. It is refusing to let it govern what comes next.
Make It Tangible#
Write the list: what stays in this year. Be specific enough that it stings a little.
Then choose a closing act — a prayer walk, a letter you never send, a candle you blow out. The body remembers what the mind decides.
Grieve What You Release#
Even good releases have a funeral. Let yourself feel the loss of the thing you are laying down.
Grief honored is grief that moves. Grief skipped comes back with interest.
A prayer to close
Father, I lay down what does not belong in my next season. I release the weight, the resentment, and the version of me that only knew how to survive. Make room in me for what You are bringing. Amen.

Permission to Heal
Many believers seek freedom but neglect healing. God desires both deliverance from bondage and restoration of the soul. This episode is an invitation to give yourself holy permission to slow down, sit with your wounds, and let the Healer tend to every tender place.
Episode 06 · 5:03
Forgiveness is Part of Healing
Forgiveness is not a feeling — it is a doorway. In this episode, Apostle E explores why unforgiveness keeps our wounds open and how releasing others is not about excusing what happened, but about freeing ourselves to heal. God never asks us to pretend the pain didn't matter; He asks us to let Him carry the weight of it so we can walk forward whole.
