E — Enter Your New Year Intentionally
Wholeness is not a resolution. It is a set of decisions you make before the year starts asking things of you.
Intention is what keeps a healed heart from drifting back into old rhythms by February.
Entering intentionally means deciding in advance who has access to you, what your yes costs, and what your soul needs weekly — then building the year around those answers instead of around everyone else's expectations.
Healed Hearts Still Drift#
You can do real healing work in December and be back in old rhythms by February. Not because the healing was fake — because nothing was decided in advance.
Intention is what protects healing once life starts making demands again.
Decide Before You Are Asked#
Who has access to you this year, and at what level? What is your yes going to cost, and are you willing to pay it?
What does your soul need weekly — not aspirationally, but actually?
Answer those before the year starts asking, because in the moment you will default to whoever is loudest.
Three Anchored Commitments#
Not thirty goals. Three commitments, each anchored to a reason you can say out loud.
One for your soul. One for your relationships. One for your purpose.
Anchored commitments survive hard months. Long lists do not.
Enter Whole, Not Just Ready#
Preparation is normally aimed at circumstances. This is aimed at you.
Don't just prepare your goals for the new year. Prepare you.
A prayer to close
Lord, I want to enter this year whole, not just busy. Establish my steps, guard my rhythms, and keep me from trading my healing for someone else's expectations. Amen.

How to Choose Healing
Healing is not something that simply happens to us — it is something we must actively choose. In this episode, Apostle E unpacks what it means to make the daily, sometimes hourly, decision to pursue wholeness over numbness, truth over avoidance, and life over the familiar comfort of pain. God has already made healing available; the question is whether we will reach out and take it.
